Several Rolls-Royce Phantom and Drophead Coupe owners have complained about a problem with their audio system, Bluetooth connectivity and/or back-up camera. After further investigation, we identified that in most cases it was caused by water leaking into the rear of the cabin. We found that water can make its way through the door seals. This damages the fiber optic system that is housed underneath the rear seats.
