Do you provide a loaner vehicle while my car is being repaired?
While we do not provide loaner vehicles, we do offer customers courtesy pick-up and drop-off within the local area (based on availability). MasterClass Automotive also has preferred rates with local rental companies, including Hertz and Enterprise Rent-A-Car should customers need a longer term alternative.

Where are you located?
We are located in the Allapattah area of Miami, just north of the new Marlins Ballpark. Our address is 1800 NW 23rd Street, Miami, FL 33142. We are located just minutes from Downtown Miami and the Brickell area. We are 15 minutes from South Beach and just 10 minutes from Miami International Airport. For easy driving directions from your current location, you can use Google Maps.

At MasterClass Automotive, we believe bigger doesn’t always mean better. What kind of warranty does MasterClass Automotive offer on repair services?
MasterClass Automotive prefers to use original, factory parts on all repairs. These parts have up to 1 year warranty and are backed by the manufacturer to cover the cost the part and related labor. The same warranty does NOT apply, however, when the customer chooses an after-market or rebuilt part.

When should I have my oil and filter changed on my car?
Manufacturers generally recommend that you replace your car’s oil and oil filter every 5,000 miles or every 5 months; whichever comes first.

When is a good time to have my brakes checked or repaired?
Routine brake inspections should be conducted during regular maintenance intervals, tire rotations, or every 15,000 miles. All routine maintenance to a car’s braking system such as a brake fluid flush, ABS check, rear brake adjustment, emergency brake adjustment, machining of the rotors, or replacement of brake pads or brake shoes should be completed according to manufacturer specifications which is typically every 40,000 – 45,000 miles. If you are unsure your brakes need service, schedule an appointment for a complimentary brake inspection.

What kind of work is performed during a typical brake job?
Brake jobs include inspection of brake line hoses, calipers, and cleaning and re-packing of front or rear wheel bearings. We also measure the vehicle’s brake rotors or brake drums to specification and replace brake pads, machine rotors and sensors accordingly.

When should I have my tires rotated?
Tire rotations are typically done every 15,000 miles. During your tire rotation we also inspect the vehicle’s rotors, brake lines, brake pads, calipers, and wheel tread.
